The electronic components crusher is directly researched, designed and manufactured by our highly skilled and experienced engineers with a total electric capacity of 30Kw, maximum feed size 800x600 mm, capacity crushing (200kg/h), outer dimensions (length x width x height) = 5.5x3.5x2.5m, specializing in grinding all kinds of electronic components.
 
- The system includes 2 grinding chambers:
     + Coarse grinding chamber used to grind large electronic components;
     + Fine grinding chamber used to grind small electronic components.
 
- With the design of chip knives made from alloy steel with high hardness, good wear resistance, it can meet even the largest and most difficult-to-crush materials.
 
- The drive unit is designed according to the gear external contact condition, made from alloy steel with hardness from 56-66HRC, with large load capacity, wear resistance and long service life.
 
- Crushing shaft design with large capacity (2-axis coarse crushing; 1-axis fine grinding), crushing large volumes of scrap in a short time.
